When you hike with us, you can trust that you’ll receive consistent, high-quality service from your initial phone call to the final stretch of your hike and beyond. Our friendly and knowledgeable customer service team is here to ensure that booking your hike is smooth and stress-free.

1. Determine which tour interests you the most and decide whether you prefer to travel in a group or individually.

3. Our team gathers your details via phone or email, considering your needs and interests to help you select the best possible tour. If you have an NDIS plan, they can also advise you on the supports you may be able to claim.
CONFIRM THE BOOKING
4. You will receive a quote from our team.
5. After accepting the quote, we will send you an invoice that outlines the total cost of the trip, including any applicable deductions for NDIS participants.
6. To confirm the booking, either you or your Plan Manager will need to pay a deposit of 10% of the total cost. We accept payment via Direct Deposit or Credit Card. The deposit will be refunded after the tour.
